FHA Mortgage Origination Representative

Job Title

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is offering the position of FHA Mortgage Origination Representative at a full‑time level. This role supports a wide‑ranging customer support initiative for a large federal agency.

Base pay: $40,000–$45,000 per year.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails regarding FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Use knowledge of the mortgage industry to locate answers in the knowledge database and acknowledge client requests.
• Follow standard operating procedures for topics, systems, and contact channels.
• Document all contacts in the database.
• Keep up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.

• Navigate multiple computer systems & applications and use search tools to provide information to clients.
• Excellent time‑management skills and dependable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years working with FHA loans plus an additional year of customer service or a contact‑center background, or at least three years of loan origination with conventional or other government‑backed loans.
• Be able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance (credit check & background investigation).

• Contact center experience (omnichannel).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) in verbal and written communication.
• FHA knowledge/experience.
