Responsible For Analyzing, Resolving, Expediting, And Coordinating The Processing Of Telephone And Written Inquiries. Providing Job And Unit Specific Coaching For Customer Service Advocates, Processors And/Or Examiners.
Job Requirements- High school diploma OR GED.
- 2 years customer service experience in a health care or insurance environment.
- Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
- Knowledge of HCSC’s customer issue protocols and ability to coach lower level Customer Advocates.
- Experience handling escalated customer issues from lower level Customer Advocates.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Data entry and/or typing experience.
Job Requirements
- 3 years customer service experience.
- 2 years data entry experience in an office environment.
- Knowledge of Managed Care Programs.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria.

Compensation: $18.46 - $37.84
