As a Client Service Representative
, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

• Educate and Support:
  Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Appointment Coordination:
  Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Communication Mastery:
  Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Record Keeping:
  Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
• Cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation

• Compensation: $17 - $20 pending experience & skillset
• Overnight Shift Differential: $3/hr
• Shifts:
  
  3/12 or 4/10 shifts available; 4 X 10 hour shifts;
  Various shifts available
