Innofthemountaingods in New Mexico is hiring a Reservations Agent to manage phone reservations for the hotel and events. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to navigate the Hotel Information System (HIS).
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and a proven record in customer service. Must be able to work various shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficiently handling requests and complaints.
