What does a Customer Service Representative‑Infusion do?

As a Full‑Time Customer Service Representative‑Infusion at HME Specialists in Albuquerque, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within our medical supply department. Your responsibilities include checking in scheduled and walk‑in customers, maintaining and updating patient medical records, engaging customers by phone and in person to assist them in placing orders for delivery, maintenance, or service changes, responding to service requests, upholding commitments, and supporting insurance companies.

You will answer incoming calls, verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility, and contribute to daily departmental activities and workflow.
