Under general supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor or designee, provides a wide range of customer service and support to customers, community members, and employees of Los Alamos County. Implements stock control and security procedures, sets up new accounts, updates programs and service offerings, performs billing, collects incoming county revenues for programs, service offerings and permits, and follows up on delinquent accounts.
Responds to customer inquiries regarding Community Services Department (CSD) programs and service offerings. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must successfully complete a thorough background investigation.
Qualification:
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license.
