Customer Service Representative (CSR) – New Mexico Rail Runner Express
The Mid-Region Council of Governments/Rio Metro Regional Transit District is accepting resumes for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the New Mexico Rail Runner Express. Hours and shifts will vary.
ResponsibilitiesCandidates must have knowledge of administrative procedures and operation of standard office equipment. Working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, e‑mail, and internet. Ability to understand bus and train service schedules and clearly articulate instructions and directions. Knowledge of train and bus operations preferred.
QualificationsQualifications include High School diploma or GED, three years of general office experience, and one year customer service experience. Bilingual preferred.
How to ApplyEmployment pending a successful background check, a valid New Mexico driver’s license and no more than one (1) moving violation in the past year. All new employees are hired subject to a one-year probationary status.
