AboutThe Role
As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.
Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)- Educate and Support:
Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person. - Appointment Coordination:
Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. - Communication Mastery:
Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged. - Record Keeping:
Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail. - Cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation.
- $17 - $20 pending experience & skillset
- 3/12 or 4/10 shifts available
- Overnight Shift Differential: $3/hr
- 4 X 10 hour shifts
