* * Position Summary
** Provides admissions, registration, academic record and other information to students, faculty and the general public.
** Duties & Responsibilities
*** Refers individuals to the appropriate CNM resources; and explains and interprets CNM information by telephone, in person and on-line.
* Performs general office duties, which includes data entry and retrieval, manual and electronic processing, answering telephones and other clerical duties.
* Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
* Employees are required to comply with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, OSHA standards, and wear personal protective gear if required.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience.
* ** CNM Rail Yards Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm, Occasional Saturday
*** Preference:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
