Customer Service​/Inside Sales

Position Summary

Fast‑growing visual communications company seeks a Customer Service Representative with an interest in Project Coordination. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for walk‑ins, email, and telephone customers, working with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue in line with the company’s vision and values.

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk‑ins, email, and telephone customers.
• Collaborate with management and support teams to meet customer needs and contribute to revenue goals.
• Conduct sales activities from lead generation through project management.
• Provide consultative sales at the front counter, detailed communications via email, phone, and in person.
• Consult, troubleshoot, and problem‑solve to create custom signs for customers.
• Schedule appointments as needed and monitor sales targets (monthly and annually).
• Maintain customer focus with a friendly, welcoming disposition and exceptional organizational skills.

• Inside Sales experience, 2+ years preferred.
• Customer Service skills and experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills.
• Direct experience in a sign company or a FASTSIGNS franchise is a plus.
• Open to applicants with and without a college degree; training will be provided.

$18.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
