Workflow Support Coordinator
Segra seeks a qualified professional to join our Albuquerque, NM office in a full‑time capacity.
Location RequirementThe role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days in the Albuquerque office and the flexibility to work remotely two days each week.
Role OverviewThe Workflow Support Coordinator responds to all pre‑ and post‑sales inquiries, ensuring that end‑to‑end processes are understood, adhered to, and aligned with corporate and customer goals. The coordinator evaluates and answers inquiries in a timely manner, guides internal customers on data flow and required fields, manages tickets in Service Now (Segra One), and tracks projects in SharePoint and Confluence. Collaboration with IT represents pre/post‑sales processes for system/tool implementations and enhancements.
The role also provides or assists in training across all markets and serves as a subject‑matter expert on pre/post‑sales processes, methods, and procedures.
- Prior professional experience is desired but not required; entry‑level candidates with strong knowledge of MS Office and a desire to learn are considered.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
- Experience with process and workflow management.
- Clear, informative, persuasive, and collaborative verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range$23.42 - $26.35 per hour.
