We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Escrow Assistant to join our Albuquerque team and help ensure every transaction is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
Location:
Albuquerque, NM | Fully Onsite (Monday–Friday)
As an Escrow Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting refinance and sale transactions from start to finish. You’ll work closely with escrow officers, lenders, realtors, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to keep transactions organized, on track, and moving smoothly.
Responsibilities- Opening, processing, and assisting with the closing of escrow transactions.
- Reviewing preliminary reports and title commitments for accuracy.
- Clearing title requirements and assisting with lien releases.
- Pulling tax rolls and researching discrepancies.
- Preparing funding and signing packages.
- Scheduling signing appointments both in and outside the office.
- Uploading and organizing documents within electronic filing systems.
- Documenting file activity and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Communicating professionally with clients, lenders, agents, and internal departments throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of escrow experience preferred.
- Related degree or relevant coursework may substitute for experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Positive, professional, and adaptable attitude.
