, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team.

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or team member.
- Process customer payments accurately using cash, checks, and authorized credit accounts.
- Reconcile repair orders and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Calculate labor, parts, taxes, shop supplies, and warranty charges as applicable.
- Complete accounting entries and documentation for repair orders in accordance with dealership procedures.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily cash accountability.
- Securely handle customer vehicle keys and return them upon payment completion.
- File repair orders and maintain organized service records.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
- Support the service and accounting departments with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Previous receptionist, cashier, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems.
- Ability to work effectively within established processes and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
