Were seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented Service Valet to join our award-winning service team. In this vital role, you will be the first and last point of contact for service guests responsible for greeting customers, assisting with vehicle check-in and check-out, and ensuring each guest receives an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate is courteous, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

• Greet all service customers in a professional, friendly manner upon arrival.
• Safely drive customer vehicles to and from service lanes, parking areas, and technician bays.
• Assist customers with check-in and check-out processes, including vehicle tagging and paperwork handling.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas.
• Provide shuttle service for customers when needed, ensuring safety and courtesy at all times.
• Deliver vehicles to customers after service completion, ensuring they are clean and ready for return.
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians by organizing vehicle flow and managing keys.
• Conduct light vehicle inspections and note any damage prior to service.
• Follow all dealership safety guidelines, traffic flow procedures, and company policies.
• Assist with special projects, errands, and facility maintenance as needed.
