Affordable Solar, a sister company of Gridworks, is building Solscribe services in Albuquerque. We seek a Bilingual Customer Success Representative to serve English- and Spanish-speaking subscribers on-site or in a hybrid setup.
You will handle inbound/outbound contacts, help with enrollment and billing questions, and shape scripts and processes as we scale the team. Strong communication and comfort with AI tools are valued, with a high school diploma required.
