The ideal Customer Service Representative:
- -has good communication skills and basic computer knowledge,
- -enjoys speaking with people from diverse backgrounds and professions,
- -can gain the cooperation of respondents over the phone in order to complete a survey or provide help desk assistance by being persuasive and appropriately assertive, and
- -can follow procedures for reporting project-related problems that may require help desk assistance or policy decisions.
Starting pay rate: $21.68 per hour

This position is strictly on-site at the NORC call center in Albuquerque.
Employees are required to report to the office daily.
