Onsite Professional Position
This is a manager level assignment. The client is specifically looking for someone who has experience in independently executing meetings.
Client has provided the following Event Details:- Date and Time:
- 9/11, Friday – 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM
- 9/12, Saturday – 6:30 AM to 2:25 PM
- Venue:
- Marriott Hotel – Albuquerque
2101 Louisiana Boulevard NE
Albuquerque, NM 87110
- Marriott Hotel – Albuquerque
Attire
- Client requests that you wear professional business attire.
- Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
- Client requests that you participate in a pre-event conference call, date and time to be determined. You will be paid for this time.
- Client requests that you run the registration desk and other meeting duties as assigned
- Client may request that you deliver meeting materials to contracted shipping vendor within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion. If this is required, you will be paid for this time.
- Client requests that you call or email Client immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
