Internal Medicine Physician

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Schedule: Full-Time Outpatient Monday Friday

A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a team-focused, value-based care environment serving adults and seniors.

This role is ideal for physicians who prefer longer visit times, continuity of care, and managing complex patients within a supportive clinical model.

• Outpatient primary care only

• Monday Friday schedule

• No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities

• Focus on adult and geriatric patients

• Team-based care model with strong clinical support

• Emphasis on quality, outcomes, and preventive care

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and senior patients

• Manage chronic conditions and preventive health services

• Build long-term relationships with patients

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Practice within established clinical guidelines and quality measures

• Participate in population health initiatives

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Eligible for or active New Mexico medical license

• Comfortable managing older adults with multiple chronic conditions

• Interest in preventive and value-based care
