Shift Description:
24-Hour Call
30-minute response time
Cover 2 facilities during the day, 3 facilities at night
Requirements:
Board Certified or eligible
Must be licensed in New Mexico
BLS
Procedures:
Laparoscopic Surgery (Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty) and Minor Orthopedics
Assignment Details:
Typical volume of 8-15 consults per shift with 3-5 admissions
EMR:
Epic
1 APP support on service every day 7a-7p that performs rounds, consults, and first assist in OR
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
