Job Description:
The Small Scale Metals Laboratory in the Department of Art is seeking student lab monitors to help supervise and facilitate open lab hours. Monitors will be responsible for following and enforcing safety protocols for all areas in the lab, check in/out of specialty tools, routine cleanings, and upkeep of the lab during and at the end of each open lab. Must have basic knowledge of shop safety practices.
Scheduling is flexible.
- Students need to have taken courses ARTS 157 and ARTS 357
- Students with casting experience preferred
- Preference will be given to students who have been granted a work study award
