The UNM School of Engineering is seeking a highly motivated, friendly, and dedicated professional who will contribute to our exciting, fast-paced, high-intensity office. The primary duties include direct administrative support for the Development team, event coordination, writing and editing, gift stewardship and reporting.
The UNM School of Engineering is the highest-ranked engineering program in New Mexico, and the only Carnegie R1 (highest research activity) university in the state, putting it in the same class as MIT, Stanford, Purdue and other well-respected engineering programs in the country. Our alumni base is made up of over 16,000 alumni.

ResponsibilitiesThe role will provide direct administrative support for the Development team, coordinate events (small and large), write and edit materials, manage gift stewardship and reporting, and assist with corporate purchasing and credit card management.
Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
