• NM school counselor license preferred (open to equivalent licensure types as outlined)
• Experience with high school populations strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with students, staff, and families
• Ability to help students with academic planning, personal growth, and career readiness
• Capacity to assess individual student needs and deliver appropriate interventions

• Advise and coach students on college, career, and scholarship opportunities
• Develop personalized academic and post‑secondary plans for each student
• Conduct group and individual guidance sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Connect students with resources on applications, testing, and career exploration
• Track and report on student progress and outcomes
