At Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) we partner with schools to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Our goal is to help each child grow, gain confidence, and achieve milestones in both special and general education settings.

• Use play, games, and evidence‑based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session—whether it’s at a child’s home, one of our centers, or out in the community.

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Flexible availability (especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with your client.

• Constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, and computer work.
• Constant sitting with frequent up/down movements.
• Use of telephone, speaking, listening, and document handling.
• Typing and computer use.
• Occasional walking, bending, reaching, stooping, pulling, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
