Responsibilities
- Evaluates training needs and assesses training programs with key stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
- Develops and delivers in-house training programs, classes, exams and evaluations; serves as primary point of contact for vendor training to develop course content and curriculum
- Creates and manages instructional materials, manuals, guides and job aids
- Organizes and facilitates onboarding sessions for new hires
- Maintains training records and documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two (2) years or more of experience required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Travel:
Up to 40%
