Responsibilities
- Assist with daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Support play-based learning and positive guidance.
- Build relationships with children and families.
- Complete observations and documentation.
- Help maintain classroom safety and organization.
- Assist with assessments and individualized learning.
- Support compliance with ECECD, NM PreK, CACFP, and NAEYC requirements.
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in New Mexico PreK
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
