Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teachers through observations and feedback.
- Support curriculum and lesson planning.
- Monitor classroom quality and licensing compliance.
- Assist with Teaching Strategies GOLD, CLASS, and assessments.
- Coordinate staff training and professional development.
- Support NAEYC accreditation, grants, and continuous quality improvement.
- Build partnerships with families and staff.
- Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field
- Experience supervising or coaching educators
- Knowledge of New Mexico early childhood regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Preferred
- New Mexico Birth–PreK License
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with NAEYC Accreditation, CLASS, and Teaching Strategies GOLD
