Desired Qualifications &Experience:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in a K-12 setting (preferred but not required)
- Strong ability to conduct academic, cognitive, and behavioral assessments
- Familiarity with the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
- Conduct psycho educational assessments and interpret test results
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop effective interventions
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Advise on behavioral management strategies and accommodations
- Support the development and implementation of intervention plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with guidelines - Collaborate with staff and families to promote a positive learning environment
