Faculty Aide

Position Summary

The Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico is inviting applications from current graduate and undergraduate students to serve as Faculty Aides for Summer/Fall 2026. Faculty Aides will work directly with assigned Anderson Faculty from one of four academic departments to support their work.

• Assist with handouts and material preparation
• Assist with grading assignments
• Host additional study sessions or office hours
• Attend meetings and sessions
• Manage online discussion boards
• Help with other related activities as appropriate

Positions typically range between 10‑20 hours per week. Pay is $16.00‑$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and student status.

• Enrolled in a degree‑seeking program at UNM
• Enrolled at least half‑time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (audit hours do not count)
• If Work Study, must meet satisfactory academic progress

• Current Anderson graduate student or senior‑year Anderson student
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Prior experience supporting faculty
• A demonstrated commitment to working with broadly diverse communities
