Before and After School Instructor

HIRING NOW FOR  SCHOOL YEAR! We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our Before and After-School Program team. This role focuses on ensuring the safety of children, creating a fun and structured environment, following program guidelines, and delivering excellent customer service to families and school staff. We are Community For Learning (CFL), alocal non-profit that provides a safe and loving environment for all kids and staff to feel a sense of belonging and community.

We need people who are full time workers for us, that means when school is in session we work M-F, 2-6 PM and some schools are M-F, 3:45-6. In the morning program it is typically 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM. We are in various Albuquerque Public Schools serving kindergarten-fifth grade (two of our sites have middle school).
