Under direct supervision from assigned CNM Ingenuity Director or Manager, develops and presents short courses and/or workshops, providing personal and/or professional education. Specifically performs one or more of the following:
Teaches short-term courses and workshops; creates curriculum; establishes and assesses student performance objectives; determines student grades and keeps accurate records. Mix of theoretical and practical sessions will be required to demonstrate student level of knowledge and understanding. A successful candidate will be a Information Technology multidiscipline individual to support multiple concentrations and our various non-credit programs. Please address your educational and industry experience and skills in the areas listed in the minimums and preferences.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Information Technology
• Demonstrated teaching or training skills.
• Effective written and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Ability to adjust and adapt curriculum and teaching styles to meet the needs of various stakeholders and students.
• Additional assignments based on skills may become available.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Four years of industry or freelance experience (freelance experience to be demonstrated with portfolio review)
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (may count as four years of experience)
• OR Current industry certifications may be accepted in lieu of experience.
• AND One (1) year of related teaching or training experience.

• Current industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Linux+, and CompTIA Security+
• Experience with JavaScript.

• This position requires a Criminal Background Check.
