The Field Engineer assists the Superintendent in a hands-on, team-focused environment in all aspects of projects from startup through closeout. The Field Engineer ensures the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Willmeng's quality standards.

• Promoting and ensuring site safety.
• Assisting in schedule management.
• Maintaining knowledge of the day to day field operations for assigned project(s).
• Planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procurement of materials, and supervising subcontractors and vendors.

• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Access to reliable transportation (required).
