Test & Commissioning Manager

Overview

The Commissioning Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful start-up, testing, and validation of all systems within a data center facility. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning activities across all disciplines—mechanical, electrical, controls, and integrated systems ensuring compliance with design intent, client specifications, and Tier certification standards (Uptime / TIA-942). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep understanding of MEP and ELV systems integration, and experience in mission-critical environments.

You will travel across the US to help our team build infrastructure projects. This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time. You may be placed on a project site located in various states throughout the US. (Full List: NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, WY). Typical project duration is 6-8 months. If eligible, designated daily per diem is provided in addition to base pay to support living expenses and relocation assistance.

If eligible, a vehicle allowance is included. If eligible, travel home rotation will be one weekend per month away from the job site.
