Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Test Supervisor located in Albuquerque, NM. The Test Supervisor will oversee daily testing operations, ensuring quality standards are met and protocols are followed. Key responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring testing equipment is properly maintained. The Test Supervisor will also ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing testing procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and process improvement
  • Understanding of quality assurance standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols
  • Knowledge of electronics assembly and testing procedures, including working with wiring harnesses and custom assemblies
  • Proficient communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Adaptability to on-site work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with ISO
    9001, AS9100, or ITAR certifications is a plus
