  • Approve expenditures and administer subcontracts.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Ensure project scope, schedule, and resource plan remain well defined and maintained.
  • Communicate technical status, risks, and decisions clearly and professionally.
  • Support business development through proposal writing, technical scope definition, and review of resource plan/schedule inputs.
Ideal Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with 8 or more years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 or more years of experience.
  • Advanced experience or proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent.
  • Experience developing space systems and/or space systems components from concept through verification and production.
  • Experience defining technical work plans, estimating resources, and leading engineering activities.
  • Background working directly with customers to manage expectations, technical scope, and deliverables.
  • Previous work experience supporting high‑reliability, mission‑critical aerospace or space programs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Desired Skills
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource loading, dependency management, schedule health assessments, and critical path analysis.
  • Experience translating system architectures into requirements and verification plans.
  • Understanding of risk management and risk‑based decision‑making.
  • Experience managing technical baselines and product configurations.

Experience preparing and presenting at technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
