As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on environmental matters to clients and helping them develop sustainable solutions for their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct environmental assessments and audits for clients
- Develop and implement environmental management plans
- Provide guidance on compliance with environmental regulations
- Assist clients in identifying and mitigating environmental risks
- Conduct research and analysis on environmental issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve environmental goals
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) are a plus
