OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our Albuquerque, New Mexico Engineering, Construction, and Remediation team. The successful candidate will be a motivations, results‑oriented leader who works with stakeholders to define project needs and manages teams to deliver services on scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities- Manage environmental compliance assessments, remediation projects, environmental assessments, report preparation, feasibility studies, task management, and subcontractor oversight.
- Understand chemicals of concern in environmental remediation.
- Review and prepare proposals and statement of qualifications.
- Work to cross‑sell TRC services and increase business from existing accounts.
- Create and execute project work plans and staffing plans.
- Manage project risk by understanding and following risk management procedures.
- Implement TRC's Health & Safety Program and Quality Management Plan.
- 15 to 25 years of experience with an environmental consulting/engineering firm, including project experience in environmental compliance, investigations, remediation, and due diligence.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental sciences, geology, engineering, or related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success in project management and client management.
- Working knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, NPDES, CERCLA, etc.) and state regulatory agencies (NMED, NMOCD, CDPHE).
- Ability to interface well with clients and employees and develop positive relationships.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- 40‑hour HAZWOPER health and safety training certificate.

USD $84,011.00 – USD $ per year. Additional compensation may include participation in the Company's discretionary bonus program, contingent on company, business segment, and individual performance.
