Compensation: $18-$25/Hour
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- APIC CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineer notes, bid dates, and project timelines within APIC CRM. - Documentation Support:
Assist with gathering and organizing drawings, data sheets, specifications, and other required project documentation. - Planning Meetings:
Attend and participate in weekly planning meetings to support project tracking and execution. - Coordination &
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure projects are opened accurately and executed successfully. - Vendor & Subcontractor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Track vendor quotes, ensure deadlines are met, and help tighten project timelines. - Estimate Pricing Updates:
Update pricing from multiple vendors and manufacturers into estimating software and spreadsheets. - Project Opening:
Support project setup by verifying documentation completeness, maintaining electronic folders, and ensuring timelines are clearly established and followed. - Project Closing:
Assist with collection of as-built documentation, closeout materials, and proper electronic document storage. - Project Submittals:
Assemble and organize project submittal packages for review and approval.
- Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus (training provided). - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to review and analyze project documentation and specifications for completeness and accuracy. - Software Proficiency:
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and project management tools. Experience with Bluebeam preferred (training available if needed). - Communication
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Ability to build productive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. - Experience Level: Entry to mid-level candidates encouraged to apply; training provided.
