Transportation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform roadway design and modeling
• Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes
• Work with experienced designers and project managers, as well as collaborate with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects
• Primarily work on projects in New Mexico with opportunities to support regional projects
• Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• New Mexico Professional Engineer License or the ability to obtain within six months
• 1‑4 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state, and/or federal regulations
• Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians
• Background in traffic engineering design and H&H design can be helpful

Annual salary range: $80,000 – $120,000
