Document Control Specialist

Kelly Engineering is seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist for a 6 month contract position with an industry leader in Albuquerque, NM.

This documentation project would entail updating and migrating over 100 EHS standard operating procedures in Windchill.

• Update, format, and migrate over 100 EHS documents within the Windchill system.
• Review procedures and policies for ISO 14000 compliance.
• Collaborate with EHS leadership & SMEs to gather technical data for updates.
• Navigate Windchill to route documents for review, approval, and release.
• Identify and correct process inefficiencies for document control.
• Track project milestones and provide regular updates to the EHS Team Lead.

• Documentation-focused experience with a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Experience using Windchill for document control
• Background with ISO standards
