Engineer in Training

We are seeking a full‑time Engineer in Training to support our Land Development group. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is a self‑starter, and pays close attention to detail.

• Perform basic design of land / site development.
• Support production of construction plans and documents.
• Complete quantity take‑offs and cost estimating.
• Coordinate with other disciplines both internal and external.

• Strong work ethic and understanding of engineering principles.
• Experience in CADD utilizing AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Micro Station.
• Proven teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related ABET‑accredited program.
• Engineering Intern Certification.
• 0‑1 year(s) of civil design experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Station highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with other engineers and technicians.

$36.00 - $50.00 per hour (depending on experience).
