Job Description
- Strong hands-on expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance within extrusion or heavy engineering.
- Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electromechanical systems, HT/LT power distribution, and automation
- Hands on experience of PLC troubleshooting, VFD parameters, and machine controls
- Ability to conduct structured troubleshooting for recurrent mechanical/electrical issues
- Exposure to predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, thermal cameras, and condition monitoring
- Strong diagnostic ability with experience using maintenance problem-solving tools
- Leadership skills to guide teams and manage shift operations (for senior levels)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross functional coordination skills
- Proactive approach to safety, reliability improvement, and energy optimization
Experience:
3 – 15 Years Diploma / BE /
B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Industry Preference:
