The University of New Mexico on its main campus seeks a Ticket Office Assistant to support daytime operations in the Bookstore Ticket Office and nights/weekends at the CFA/CCAT Ticket Office. You will manage subscriptions, seat changes, and event setup in Paciolan, while assisting patrons with inquiries and ensuring smooth ticketing for CCAT venues.
Responsibilities include supervising events, training student interns, and coordinating Patron Experience staff. On-site role with no remote work.
