Are you passionate about live entertainment and creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back? Route 66 Casino Hotel is seeking an experienced and innovative Entertainment Manager to lead the planning, booking, and execution of world-class entertainment programs and special events. In this highly visible leadership role, you will identify and secure top talent, manage artist and agency relationships, oversee entertainment contracts, and ensure events align with guest preferences and organizational goals.

You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience while supporting entertainment initiatives across Route 66 Casino Hotel and its sister property, Dancing Eagle Casino.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven professional with experience in live entertainment, venue operations, or hospitality. You will lead a talented team of technical and box office professionals, manage entertainment budgets and revenue forecasts, and collaborate across casino, hotel, restaurant, and marketing operations to deliver exceptional events. Success in this position requires strong financial management skills, sound decision-making abilities, a commitment to outstanding customer service, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
