Crew Member, Entertainment & Gaming

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Hospitality: Welcome guests warmly, explain game rules, assist with mini-golf or arcade equipment, and maintain high-energy customer service.
• Event & Party Coordination: Host booked birthday parties and group events, manage party rooms, assist with set-up, food/beverage distribution, and clean-up.
• Game & Area Maintenance: Keep game areas, mini-golf holes, and party rooms clean, organized, reset, and safe for continuous guest play.
• Safety & Guest Guidance: Monitor playing areas to ensure rules are followed, promote a safe environment, and resolve guest issues promptly.

  Upbeat personality, strong public speaking skills, patience with kids/families, and excellent customer service abilities.
• Organization & Efficiency: Ability to manage party timelines, keep events running on schedule, and prioritize tasks during peak busy hours.
• Basic Technical Ability: Comfort operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, issuing digital play passes, and troubleshooting simple arcade or game equipment issues.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–30 lbs throughout a dynamic, fast-paced shift.
