CFO, Financial Manager
The Jewish Community Center of Greater Albuquerque, JCC, has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer, CFO. The CFO is responsible for all financial operations and transactions, as well as providing advice and leadership. This individual is a key member of the upper-level management/leadership team and reports directly to the CEO.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Oversees financial operations, including bank and ledger reconciliations, payroll, and supervision of accounting staff. Shares responsibility for operating and capital budgets. Reviews contracts and major expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and policy compliance. Serves as liaison to Board Committees as needed.
Other Information/Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of leadership experience in business accounting. Skilled in team management, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Strong communicator with ability to work independently or collaboratively. Proactive in budgeting and fundraising. Adaptable and resourceful. Proficient in Quick Books Enterprise, Excel, and MS Office.
