• Experienced Financial Advisors or Wealth Managers
• Advisors with an existing client base (preferred)
• Professionals seeking higher payout potential and greater flexibility

• Advisors ready to expand beyond limitations of captive or restrictive platforms

• Prior experience as a Financial Advisor — Wealth Manager
• Active Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65, or 66 licenses
• Active Life & Health Insurance license
• Strong understanding of investment, insurance, and comprehensive planning strategies
• CFP™ designation preferred (not required)
