Job Details Responsibilities- Preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Conducting financial audits and implementing corrective actions as required.
- Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Ensuring compliance with all internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to optimize financial operations.
- Participating in special projects and performing ad hoc analyses as needed.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with a strong focus on financial statements.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
