Position Summary
This role performs a variety of routine bookkeeping and accounting duties, including reconciling financial data, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The position also provides customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile financial data and records to ensure accuracy
- Accept payments over the counter and via mail
- Maintain and update financial records
- Perform cashiering services and handle transactions
- Process payments and prepare daily bank deposits
- Assist with payroll processing duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and address complaints in a professional manner
