We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Budget Analyst with a strong background in finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crunching numbers, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
As a Permanent Budget Analyst, you will play a key role in our financial planning and decision‑making processes, working closely with senior management and other key stakeholders to ensure our financial goals are met.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive annual and multi‑year budgets.
- Perform detailed budget analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
- Prepare budget reports and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial plans.
- Review and approve budget‑related requests and expenditures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of budgeting policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members in all budget‑related matters.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision‑making processes.
- Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support business planning.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in budget analysis or a similar role in the finance industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
