Details Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multi‑entity accounting and financial reporting.

Ensure strict compliance with SOX and other accounting standards.

Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services, focusing on S‑corp tax issues.

Conduct thorough research on complex tax matters and provide actionable solutions.

Assist in preparation and review of corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax services.

Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tax laws, and regulations to provide effective strategies.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A master’s degree or CPA designation is highly desirable.

Minimum 5 years of experience in tax consulting, focusing on multi‑entity accounting, financial reporting, SOX compliance, and S‑corp.

Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, corporate planning, and compliance procedures.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.

Proficiency with tax software and accounting tools.

Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
